Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
I have a 24 hour / 7 day a week Notary and Loan Signing business. Under working hours I have made every day work hours 00:00 to 24:00. However on the appointment form it only shows times starting from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. How can I get it to show all time slots?
Thank you,
Chris
I figured out the issue. I had the employee (myself) working hours set to 9 AM to 5 PM. I changed the working hours to 00:00 to 24:00 and it displays all the times now!
Hello Crhis,
Thank you for your purchase.
Glad to see you managed to find a solution to the issue you had. Thank you for letting us know.
Yes, the available time slots are set by configuring the employees' work hours, not the company work hours in Amelia -> Settings.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
