I have 4 types of rooms

Room for 2 people costs $20/hour

Room for 4 people costs  $40/hour

Room for 6 people costs $60/hour

Room for 8 people costs $80/hour

I want the people to select one out of the above 4 types of rooms for their desired number of hours and the cost should then multiply with the number of hours.

Example -  A person should be able to book the Room (for 4 people) from 9am - 12pm so it should cost 40 x 3 = 120. Then another person should be able to book the Room (for 4 people) from 9am - 2pm so it should cost 40 x 5 = 200.

Currently there is no option to select my own timefrmae. There are predefined durations.

Basically they should be able to select their own timeframe.

Can you please give me a detailed explaination of how achieve the above process.

    Hello Sajid Mujtaba,

Like you mentioned, the duration of the service is set when you create them, and can't be dynamical - customer's themselves can't choose the duration - in Amelia with its current built-in features. So, you can either create separate Services with different duration, or create these 4 types of Rooms as 4 services and create Extras for each one of them. You can create Extra 1 duration 1 hour price, Extra 2 duration 2 hours price, Extra 3 duration 3 hours price, etc. for each Service, so when customers book one services they will be able to choose one of the extras as well and the time/price will be calculated accordingly for that appointment (Service price+extra price, service duration + extra duration).
