I've already posted this privately and got no answer - so now it's public.
We've just purchased the 'wpDataTables Basic Lifetime Plan', installed the Zip file, however the ONLY two pages that are displaying correctly in the back-end are the 'Dashboard' and 'System Info', all the rest are a blank, white page with a spinning wheel!
I've restarted the browser, logged in and out, even installed it again via FTP - with no change. Was there something else I needed to do with the install/upgrade? I can't even use this Premium version until I fix this install!!
I apologize for the late responses. Like mentioned in your private ticket, Due to an increased amount of tickets coming in, our response times are longer than usual.
The issue has been resolved, if I'm not mistaken? I saw you responded to the other ticket as well, so I'll take a look at it right away.
