    Hello,

CompassionART is a not for profit project runningĀ 24 workshops across 4 categories (yoga, paper art, singing, and upcycled art). These sessions are for people with long-term health issues and who are isolating due to COVID-19.

We want participants to be able to book on a selection of the sessions without having to go to a separate page for each event. The sessions are free.

We would also like them to be able to book on sessions from pages we have created on each of the categories.

Is this possible using Amelia? Can you explain how this would work with your plugin? Many plugins we have looked at can do each event, but display them on separately so participants would have to register for each individual session. We want them to be able to select the sessions in a quick and easy way and then book in one go.

    Many thanks,

    Graeme

    Hi Graeme,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

In our plugin at the moment customer can only book one same session multiple times in a form of recurring appointments if you create your sessions as services and show them in a form of time slots where user can choose start and end time and date. You can also create those sessions as events but in that case admin sets start and end time and date and recurring dates but customer only schedules one date not all recurring dates.

You can read more about our recurring appointments here to see if this will suit your needs. The only thing here is that you cannot limit customer to schedule exact number of those appointment, customer can choose and schedule one, 5, 10 etc. appointments. We plan to work on packages option in the future where you will create package of services with (same or different) and limit customer to book certain number of appointments in the package, this will be ready in a couple of months, so if you are interested I can contact you then?

    Best regards.
