1°) Is it possible to put a short break during the day in the schedule ? For instance, next Wednesday and only at this moment, I would like to put a one time 30min break in my schedule. How is it possible ?
2°) Sometimes I can't add a appointment to my schedule, even if slots are opened. It seems that the problem is happening when I add an appointment at 10AM for instance, then delete it, then re-add someone else at this same appointment (10AM). It seems like, it takes few hours or an entire day to let me add someone on this slot. Any idea why ?
3°) Is it possible to import to wp-amelia a list of clients with a CSV file ?
4°) Is it possible to export a csv or excel file listing all the details about all the appointment we had during the past months ?
5°) How can we force to add appointment out of the predetermined opening time in the schedule ? For some exceptional cases.
1. If you need to add special working hours for only next Wednesday, you need to go to your employee's profile, and under Special Days add a special day, where you will define working hours with the 30-minute break. Please note that the "default time slot step" in General settings needs to be set to 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes for you to be able to select a break this long.
2. I'm not sure I understand what you mean. If you have cancelled an appointment, you can either edit that appointment and add a new customer from back-end, or you can create a new appointment at the same date and time for another customer. Which version of the plugin do you have?
3. Unfortunately not yet. Our developers do have that planned for the future, but I cannot say when it will be included in the plugin.
4. You need to go to Appointments, and choose the date range:
Then, below the "New Appointment" button, click on the export icon:
You will see a list of fields that can be exported:
At the moment this is the only option for exporting appointments.
5. You cannot, the available time slots are calculated based on your employee's availability, and there's no way to preselect starting times.
