You could achieve this if you create three rooms as three employees in our plugin in order to allow booking of multiple rooms at the same time. In our plugin it is necessary to create at least one service and one employee so the plugin can function properly (and to connect them with each other), so you can create one service connect it with all three rooms and set different price and capacity for each employee. Service can have its own capacity and price but since you need different you will set this on the employee's side.

If on the other hand you don't want to allow booking of multiple rooms at the same time then I advice doing the opposite, creating three services and one employee. If you have only one employee then employee selection will not be visible on the front-end, just services.

One note - at the moment we don't support booking of multiple days, just time slots in a day, so if you need this for booking appointment then it will be possible but for booking days it will not work.
