I have a service called Injury assessment that lasts 30mins.
The Buffer Time After is set at 30mins. This means the same employee is unable to carry out the same service during this time.
The minimum Buffer Time After available from the drop down is 30mins
I need to change Buffer Time After to 15 mins. Can you help?
Hello Rory,
You need to change the Default time slot step option in Amelia -> Settings -> General to 15 min or 5 for example, in order to create buffer times that long. This option applies to all time intervals in Amelia , duration of services, buffers, work hours, etc.

Yes I have set the option and it seems to have created a 15min buffer.
