How can I setup user ratings and feedback comments like we use in UBER? We want to control our users satisfaction rates and fix not appropriate service level.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You could create another page where your customers can fill out satisfaction and feedback forms.
You can use hooks like beforeConfirmedBooking that will be triggered when your customers confirm booking. You can set that redirect URL that you need like on this script (we use https://www.google.com as example, but you will replace this with your own URL)
