We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
we would like to send the organizer of an event, on the day when the event starts, a list of all attendees by mail, so that the organizer can check this list on site.
In this case it would be nice if the organiser doesn't have to log in to the backend, but automatically receives the list by mail.
HI Dominik,
Thank you for your inquire.
We do not have automatic list of attendees, but maybe the Employee panel can help you out.
Employee does not have to log in to WP back-end just to their Panel, and there they can see the attendees for the desired day.
More information on this link.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Bogdan,
thank you for the quick response.I have looked at the Employee Panel in the demo version but it did not completely help me.
Is it possible that the organizer exports the Excel list of all attendees from the Employee Panel, which can also be exported from the main backend?
Or is it really just possible to view the attendees online in the Employee Panel?
In our project, events are planned where about 200 people participate. Sometimes it is necessary to check manually at the entrance, for this the Excel list is perfect. It would be nice if the organizer could access this list himself via the employee panel.
Best regards,
Dominik
Hi Dominik,
At the moment there is no option to export the attendees from the Employee Panel, but this will be something that we will be working on for future updates.
At the moment the export button is only available from the WP back-end.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
