    Hi there, 

    on the webseite of my client - www.hebamme-augsburg.de we use the course / event booking ... After the booking - the customer recieves an email but not the webside-holder... -> it just worked two times..I checked spam ans everything.. no idea...  Do you have an idea?

    Could you please tell me what do you mean by webside-holder? I am not sure if I understand what is missing exactly.

    If you are talking about the Customer panel, you need to add a placeholder for the customer panel to the email notifications, so when customers book events they receive the link for the customer panel as well.

    mh... The clients is booking an event. After the sucessfull booking he or she receives a confirmation email...The Web site owner should also get an email... This was not working propverly... Now, I added a "TEAM" - Person for the event (with an email-addreess)... This seems to work ....

    Hello Marisa, 

    The email notifications from Amelia are sent to Customers and Employees and you can check them all out on the Amelia -> Notifications page, there aren't notifications sent to Website owners. So, yes the employees that you add to Events as Staff will get the email notifications.

    There is an option Send all notifications to additional addresses:  in Amelia -> Settings -> Notifications settings, so if you want you can add some email address there and all notifications sent from Amelia will be sent to this email address as well (all of the email notifications sent to customers and employees).
