Dear Amelia Team,
I followed the steps to connect PayPal and Stripe accounts to my booking. However, I keep getting this error when I try to book from an incognito window: "Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later." Could you please help fix the issue?
I did use the Live IDs for both Stripe and PayPal. When I tested Stripe in the test mode (three times from an incognito window), the "play money" got transferred to my Stripe account. I don't know how to test PayPal. But when I switched to the Live codes, the error appeared again. Please help!
Side note: I use SiteGround and Really Simple SSL so there should be no issue with the SSL/HTTP certificate.

Thank you for your purchase.
If your test credentials worked, so should live ones. They are running the same engine, so the only issue here should be the credentials.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
