We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello and thank you in advance. I want to stylise the charts.js donut chart. I want to increase the hole size to match the intended styling.I have read through chart.js documentation and believe this is possible to increase hole size to 90%. I have been able to follow your notes and change the default background colours, can you please advise what code I might need to include to achieve the desired design?
<script type="text/javascript">
jQuery(window).load(function(){
if( typeof wpDataChartsCallbacks == 'undefined' ){ wpDataChartsCallbacks = {}; }
wpDataChartsCallbacks[6] = function(obj){
obj.options.data.datasets[0].backgroundColor = [
'#d4d6d6',
'#009087',
]
}
});
</script>
[wpdatachart id=6]
Hello Christopher
Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately, for something like this, you would need to utilize wpDataCharts callbacks, like you already did for colors. However, using wpDataChart callbacks requires certain level of programming skills and included support refers only to advice.
You should take a look at Chart.js API, and see how it can be done. Then you would need to modify the callback so it works with wpDataTables. Examples can be found in our FAQ section.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
