Your notifications emails can you use HTML to customise what they look like when they are sent to customers? Or are they just plain emails with text?

No, it is not possible to use HTML in the emails, but we have basic formatting. You can take a look at our sandbox website: https://sports.wpamelia.com/ and see how it looks on the notification page on the backend.
