Hi, I purchased the amelia plugin for my client's website and having troubles showing the right working hours for people to book. If you look on https://clubfitgym.com.au/book-the-kids-club/ and select the upcoming dates for the next week, you can see that some days have 4 time slots (9-10:30am, 10:30-12pm, 5pm-6:30pm and 6:30pm-8pm) and the other dates show less - particularly the 10:30-12pm timeslot. I have checked the settings and it all looks right to me and the settings for each day doesn't differ. Could you please have a look at this and tell me what I am doing wrong?
Hi Gizelle, I'm a user and so just sharing a thought. What I'd do is first check is the Time Slot and Applied Service under the Employees Tab (its not just the time slot but also what services have been applied for the selected time slot) If this looks good, I'd see if the employee has a google calendar event during the same time slot. Recently I noticed a situation where the employee had a lot of time set on Amelia but none of the time slots were appearing from the client facing end. I later discovered that the employee had a lot of appointments on his google calendar which was leading to this. Hope this is of some value. Great website btw. Regards, Sajan
I'd recommend following the steps Sajan pointed out. If your employees don't have any booked time slots for those dates that are missing the time slot, the only explanation would be that there's something blocking those times, and Google Calendar is the first place to look.
If you can't figure out what the issue is, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I thought I fixed this but now I'm having the opposite problem. There has been no integrations made with Google invite or anything else yet.
The booking system is showing times that are not available. Currently the client only has 9am - 10:30am every day available for bookings. I have changed this on the employee section's Working Hours and have also changed this in the settings under Working Hours & Days off. Why would there be an extra time slot available?
