Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Our customers are able to reserve multiple bookings for up to a month in advance.
When a customer reschedules a booking, we cannot see which booking was rescheduled because the notification only shows the most current one, using the code: %service_name%
Is there a way to show both the old booking information and the new booking information?
In essence, it seems like I need an "Email Placeholder" to have both the old booking information and new booking information in the notifications.
Hello Maui,
Unfortunately, it isn't possible to show information for both the old appointment and the new one in the email notifications in Amelia with its current built-in features. There isn't such placeholder. I will add this as a feature request to our list so it can be considered for implementation. I understand that it could be useful, it wasn't requested by our user so far though.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
Hi Marija,
Thank you for your reply. I understand.
Yes, that would be great if you could add it to the feature requests. I imagine it would be helpful for many people, especially services for which customers can make more than one booking.
You are welcome, Maui.
It would probably be helpful information. If it gets requested more by our users it will go to the top of the list and be considered for implementation sooner.
