In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

Hello! Love the plugin! Worked perfectly up until this morning, now I can't duplicate any tables.
This is hosted on a temporary site for testing purposes only. Duplicated the site (to test a new variation. Could that be the issue? I deleted the plugin, reinstalled it and reentered the key. Still nothing.
Duplicate still doesn't work. Any clue as to what I should do? Thanks!

I cannot say anything about this issue until I take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
