Hi Is it possible to order appointments by time rather than alphabetically in the search results? Is it also possible to mix events and appointments into one search facility? one more thing can the appointment description also be displayed in the search results?
Hello Hannah Chappell,
In the back-end the appointments are sorted by time on the Appointments page, and if you are asking about the Search view on the front-end and the list of Services, they can't be sorted by time, as they are not booked appointments so they don't have actual time. They can be sorted by name and price.
There isn't a possibility of mixing Services (appointments) and Events in one view in Amelia.
Unfortunately, it isn't possible to show the services' description on the Search view, it is shown only in the Catalog view.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
