Hello, I know in the customisation you can add an attachment on booking. If their an option to add an attachment to an appointment once it has been made or an attachment to a clients profile?

Unfortunately, no. If your customers don't add the attachment during the booking process, it cannot be added later.
You can set it to be a mandatory field, so they can't complete the booking without adding it. Also, there's no way to add the attachment to the profile.
