Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, so it is inheriting the time zone from WordPress. If you've enabled "Show bookings in client's time zone", the time difference will be applied based on your customer's location.
If you have the time zone set to UTC+/- format, please change it to a city near you. WordPress and Amelia have some issues when it comes to UTC time format.
Thank you guys. There is a consistent 4 hour difference between what the back-end appointment shows and what front-end employee appointment panel shows.
The back-end appointments and the confirmation emails are all correct. They show the correct booking time. Its only the front end employee panel that is 4 hours behind. We have "Show booking slots in client time zone" turned on.
I feel like everything is working except for the front-end view.
Like mentioned before - if your WordPress site is set to a different time zone than the one you're actually in - things like this can happen.
That's the only explanation. For example, your WordPress General settings are set to UTC+0 and you are physically in UTC-4. So, when you view the page in front-end, it's shown 4 hours behind what WordPress is set to.
If you still can't resolve this, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Like I said - the fix should be included in the next update. Unfortunately, the update has been postponed until Monday or Tuesday due to some quick fixes we've implemented.

Why is there a difference? All of our times in WP are set to EST
Leonard,
You may have the setting set to show the appointment in the local timezone. Make sure this is off.
Settings > General Settings
Thanks Jonathan.
Leonard, that's exactly what I would advise.

Hi Aleksandar,
Any updates regarding a fix?
Hi again Leonard
Our developers haven't yet found out why this is happening. Have you checked with your hosting provider about the server's time zone?

I've spoken with my host WPEngine. We're listed as the UTC time zone. That's all I know though.
However, I'm uncertain as to how that would affect the plugin. Please let me know what else you could find out.
Hi again Leonard
It seems our developers located a bug with this. They will fix it for the next update, which is due to be released some time next week.
