Hello,
I use WP-Amelia. I have several coaches and I want the customer first to decide which employee is doing the service. After that he should choose the service and then the date?
At your demo I only saw, that it's possible to select at first the service and than the coach.
The best way would be if there is a overview of the employees like a picture and a short description and after the customer decides for one employee he should chose the service and then the date.
Looking to hear from you.
Best regards
Timo
Hello Timo,
There isn't a possibility of having the Employee selection before the Service selection in Amelia with its current built-in features. So, customers need to choose a service first and then the employee. There isn't a front-end view where you can show employees and customers to choose one, unfortunately, but you can have a separate booking form for each employee using the shortcodes with employees' IDs, for example:
[ameliabooking employee=1] if you want to show the booking form for the employee with ID 1
if that can help for your use case.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
