Hello
Some of the bookings gets "pending" status though I have set everything to "approved" . Total random as I can see ???
I have configured all services as well as in global settings to "approved"
What have I missed?
Regards Ken
Hello Ken
Are these group appointments (max capacity over 1)? Please check your Appointment Settings in Amelia settings.
If this is enabled:
People will be able to book an appointment above service's max capacity, and those will be saved as Pending, while all others will be saved as Approved.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Ok thanks. And when I disable "minimum capacity" the option "Bringing anyone with you" automaticly shows. How to do to hide it?
Is there a CSS for that too?
Regards Ken
Hi again Ken
If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to submit a booking unless they fill in the minimum service capacity, but once they book for any capacity above minimum, the time slot will become unavailable for booking for others.
If this is what you wish to achieve, then - yes - the only option to hide it would be with custom CSS. If you can provide me the URL to the booking form, I'll gladly help you with this.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
