There isn't a possibility for buying Packages in Amelia with its current built-in features. We are working on this feature, and it will be implemented in one of the future updates of the plugin.

If you create these classes as a Service in Amelia - you setup the available times by configuring employees' work hours and customers can only book all of them if it is a one/same service, so they can book recurring appointments for that one service. They can pay for the first appointment or all, so there isn't a possibility to pay for three appointments if they book one. 

If you create these classes as an Event in Amelia , you can create one event with three dates/times but that will always be one event, and when someone books it they will book all three dates.
