    Hi there,

I am currently building a website for a client who runs online fitness classes.

There are 5 classes currently, one on each day of the week, with a single time slot per class.

I have set up each class as a service, created an employee and set their working hours so that they match the times of each class, and assigned the relevant services to the relevant hours.

I have a booking form for each class on the front-end where users can select the dates they want for each class.

    This is all working fine.

    My questions are:

    1) Is there a way to configure the booking form so that instead of showing a calendar with selectable dates and times, it just shows a list of the available dates and times of the classes?

    2) Is there a way to auto-select the time if only one time is available for a particular date, so that the user doesn't have to do this themselves?

I'm building a custom WP theme for the site based on underscores, so I have full access to template files etc, and a reasonable level of knowledge.

    Many thanks

    Hannah

    Hello Hannah,

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1) It isn't possible to have a list of classes instead of the calendar booking view for Services in Amelia with its current built-in features. Events are shown in a list on the front-end, they do have different options / functionalities from Services, but you can check them out.

    2) Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility of auto-selecting the time for appointments in Amelia.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
