We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
Is it possible to create multi day/week bookings? For example if a customer wants to book 3 weeks in one go.
Also, I would like to know if I can add options like having a choice between 2x 4,5 hours, or 1x 9 hours on a day. So for example that I have the option of choosing between 8:00 - 12:30 and 12:30 - 17:00, or 8:00 - 17:00.
Kind regards,
Kevin
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately at the moment we don't have option for one Service to last more than one day so multi-day booking isn't possible at the moment. However, if your duration is in hours then we have recurring option and with it customer can choose the type of recurrence and how many appointment he will book during the one booking process, more about this you can read here.
If you create two services with different duration of 4.5 hours and 9 hours and set employee's working hours from 8-17:00 then our plugin will work like you need, if customer chooses Service 1 with duration of 4.5 hours then two time slots will be shown and if it chooses Service 2 with duration of 9 hours one time slot will be chosen (all you need is to enable option 'Use service duration for booking time slots' in our General Settings).
Best regards.
Hi Isidora,
We can't find the recurring appointments, these are all the available options:

Can you tell me what we are missing?
Hi Kevin,
Please go to the back-end, open Service page and open one Service to edit it. On the first Details tab you will see option "Set recurring appointment" that is disabled, choose one of other options in it and you will enable the option, and a couple of new options will appear. Save this setting and then try booking process from the front-end booking form.
Best regards.
Hi Isidora,
As I have shown in my previous reply, I don't see anything regarding a reccurring appointment. Here is the screenshot of what I am seeing again: http://prntscr.com/tp4d6a, I also attached the image.
Hi Kevin,
Sorry for not seeing this. Can you please tell me where are you trying this? If you have our plugin then you probably don't have the latest version. Recurring is added in 2.7 version, so the plugin needs to be updated.
If you are trying on our demo site then I have checked and the option is visible on the demo (so I suppose that you have our plugin installed but some lower version).
Best regards.
Hi Isidora,
How can I update the plugin? A collegue of mine bought it but he is on holiday right now. The plugin on the wordpress page is the same or older (I got 2.6 installed).
Kind regards,
Kevin
Hi Kevin,
You can follow our explanation provided here about how to manually update the plugin.
If there is anything we can do please let us know.
Have a nice day.
