Is there any way to either attach or embed customer-attached photos to an employee's appointment-notification email? I couldn't find anything related to attachments under Show Email Placeholders.
Also, is there any way to at least make it more obvious from the main calendar view that there are attachments associated with certain appointments - with a paperclip icon for example? The attachments my customer will be receiving are examples of nail styles that her customers would like her to try to replicate in their appointments, so I'd like to make it impossible for her not to notice if these exist!
Right now, my customer will have to open each appointment and go to the Custom Fields tab to see if there are any attached photos lurking there, as neither her email notification, nor the main calendar overview seem to indicate if any photos have been added to the appointment.
We can definitely work around it but I think it would be a real improvement if attachments were more exposed and easier to notice, rather than being somewhat buried in the UI.
I think of it the same was as email: even before you click on it to open it, you can already see a paperclip icon indicating that a file is attached; it would be great if Amelia's attachments could be brought to people's attention in the same way.

Hello Daniel
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Our developers are working on adding the "Attachment" custom fields in emails, but at the moment it is not possible.
Also, the only way they could see the attachment is if they expand the Appointment in Appointments section:
Or click on "Edit" in the Calendar.
It's a good suggestion, though, so I will forward it to our development team. Hopefully, they will be able to add it soon.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I totally agree Daniel
Our development team created a task for this, so it should be added in the future.
Once again - thanks for the suggestion.
