We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi, I note that the add to calendar step is missed when using WooCommerce to checkout, but is there some code I can include on the WooCommerce checkout page to still access it?

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Unfortunately at the moment there isn't this option in our plugin. We plan to add option to send it in the email but I must say not in couple of our next updates since we have some more requested features that we need to implement first. If you are interested I can contact you once we implement this option?

    it doesn't go in the email EITHER? So the WooCommerce integration means that the client will not get any appointment info other than remembering what they selected?

    Hi Tim,

    If you set email and/or SMS notifications your client can receive notification after the booking with all details about the appointment and can also receive reminder one day before the appointment so customer will get two emails before the appointment.
