Hi
I have a problem with Amelia categories : in the "Services" section I have no categories, despite the categories being present in the database (table "_amelia_categories"). Even if I create a category manually through the database, nothing is shown in Wordpress section "Services". As a result, no booking can occured because the shortcode is loading forever and nothing appears.
When creating a new category, I can first see it, then create a service, but can't validate it, since I can't select any employees (despite having all of my usual employees). When I go to "Employees" section, I can see them, and in Services settings, they are assigned to the good services... So I can't understand why no category want to show up in the settings, giving me a lot of trouble for all of my bookings (my business is stopped right now because of this...).
For your information, yesterday I manually updated the table _providers_to_services to assign employees to new services that I created, but everything was appearing in the Services section. Today, I haven't changed anything but nothing's appearing...
I'm glad if you can help me dealing with this issue.
Thanks
Hello Alexandre
Issues like this are usually caused by something being wrong in the database. I don't know if it was caused by you manually modifying the database table (which we do not recommend), or something else. I would need to remote in and take a look.
Please provide me:
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here, but make sure you enable the PRIVATE response, so no one else can see them.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
