Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Is there anyway to have a coupon used similar to a credit system or a gift card code? I'd like to offer clients a credit value (say...$50), and then they can use that however they like, but we keep track of their credit. For example, if they book a $20 appointment and use the credit they'll have a balance of $30. Is this possible? If not, is there anyway to connect a similar loyalty plugin?
Hello Chris Scamurra,
Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
Unfortunately, there isn't such possibility for Coupons in Amelia with its current built-in features. They can be used only once (the whole amount of the coupon in one purchase) and for a purchase that is greater than the coupon discount. There isn't an integration in Amelia for a plugin of that kind, unfortunately.
