We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I am trying to make a purchase. 

    I was informed that it was USD 49. But, I notice that there are 2 issues. 

    1. The cost is USD 59. Did the cost go up recently?

    2. I would like to pay in USD. It shows the amount in INR during checkout and there is GST added. How can make the purchase in just USD.

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks so much for choosing Amelia. 

    The price for Basic annual license is $59 + VAT, we haven't changed prices for almost two years.

    The payment is processed via our reseller Paddle, so they are handling VAT and the transaction. At the beginning of the process you can choose United States and  put zip code for NY for example 10001 and the payment will be in USD. Unless you do that it will be as it is in your Country.

    There is no GST applicable even I am in India and the billing is in USD , outside the country/ 

    Ideally, there should be no need for me to change my location. If the billing is outside the country, there is no GST (VAT) applicable.

    Hi Robert, 

    I am not familiar with VAT and TAX in different countries. For these matters you would need to consult our reseller Paddle, since thy are handling that part.
