Sorry, but since your ticket didn't mention Amelia at all, and the screenshot and the link was for Tutor LMS, I assumed you wanted to ask their support about this.
The only way of having video calls in Amelia for services and events would be using Zoom integration. There isn't an integration for Tutor LMS in Amelia, unfortunately.

We are trying to setup the video calls with through Amelia, and then integrate with Tutor LMS, but are struggling to do so.
