The available time slots are set by configuring employees' work hours. So, please set the work hours for weekends to your employees, and you will have these time slots available for booking.
You need to configure Notification settings in order for the email notifications to be sent from Amelia. You will find instructions for Notification settings here and you can read more about email notifications here.
