The Personal & Professional Life Balance service on my client's site is suddenly unavailable. I verified that the settings are okay and all other services work as expected. I also tried creating a new service but that too was unavailable for booking upon creation.

Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
Please check if this service is assigned to any employees' work hours (when you go to Employee, under the Work hours tab) and also please check if this service duration (+its buffer times) can fit in the work time periods you set for the employees to whom it is assigned.
