We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I purchased premium version of wptables.  Everything was fine.

Then you released a new version and replaced my plugin with the basic (free) version.  All of my tables have quit working.

I solved this by re-installing premium, but now it has once again reverted.

Please fix this, or tell me how to do it.

    Hello Ronald

    Thank you for your purchase.

The plugin cannot revert to a Lite version by itself, it is done by user input.

The auto-update doesn't work with the new version, so you needed to download the plugin from our store, and install it on your website for it to update. How did you update the plugin?

I'm not sure I understand what's going on exactly on your website, so if you could provide some further detail about what's going on, I'll be grateful. Something like this is not supposed to happen.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković

    Sorry.  Let me start over.

I have table A which connects to table B to get a selection of values for one of its fields.  table A is embedded into a Wordpress page.  All of this has been working fine.

All of a sudden, my users cannot get the selection field to work although they can edit the other fields.  I did not touch anything.

Now, in order to use the table, you have to bring it up directly rather than via the page.  Then the list selection works OK.

So it worked, then it doesn't work.  I did nothing to the tables.

    Thanks for looking into this.

    Hi again Ron

We have not changed anything in that regard, so it should work as it did before.

The issue here may be linked to the Lite version installation. Since Lite doesn't support all features the full version does, there could be an issue with the settings (they may have been deleted), but I can't say for sure.

Can you please go through the settings one more time, and see if that helps.

If it doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Also, please make sure to tell me which tables I'm supposed to look at.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,
