    Hi! I just purchased your plugin, but i'm having difficulty getting it to work.

    I'm using oxygen builder. Oxygen does sometimes have compatabillity issues, as it works different to other builders. (theme is completely disabled)..... but I bought it after seeing a review that mentioned a guy using it with oxygen. I've came accros this review more than once now, so i'm worrying it may not be real.

    Anyways.... I followed the steps in the quickstart guide, but all I get is a spinning hourglass (For the multistep booking)..... I've also tried all the shortcodes, but nothing will show.

    Do you know of any issues?

    Hello Paul, 

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    When you just get the spinning wheel, without it ever loading, it usually indicates that you're missing one of the following in Amelia:

    • Category and service
    • Employee
    • Employee is not assigned to a service
    • Employee doesn't have working hours configured

    Please check these out and let me know if this helped!

    I actually figured it out. There was a "show service on site" toggle that I had to check. Who would have thunk it! Ha!

    Anyway, I can confirm to anyone curious, that Amelia is indeed compatible, and seems to work very well.
