We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi Team,

    I have several presales Questions:

    1. Does Amelia integrate with the WooCommerce Coupon-System and therefor with Plugins like Smart Coupons or WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features or is it limited to the built in Coupons under Finance? 

    2.  Does Amelia integrate with a Plugin like Follow-Ups by WooCommerce or is it limited to the built in Follow-Up System?

    3. Is it possible to sell other products within a separate WooCommerce store (i.e. on a subpage) alongside Amelia or is the shop limited to the built in products?

    4. Can Amelia run on one website with Sensei LMS & Paid Courses or are there known conflicts?

    Hi René,

    Thanks so much for your interest. 

    1. No we do not integrate with those plugins. We have woocommerce integration just for payments. But, in Amelia we have coupon codes as built in feature. 

    2. It is limited to our built-in notifications, different types of notifications we have you can check here: https://wpamelia.com/notifications/

    3. Yes, you can sell other products.

    4. No known conflicts with those themes.
