Hello,
1. is there a way to create a coupon and select an employee for which coupon will be used? I just see an option to select services and events.
2. Is there a way to hide customers from unrelated employees? I mean, if someone register to "A employee", then "B, C and... employee" can see "A employee's" customers info. It create a problem with GDPR.
3. Does employee can see only his dashboard on back-end or in Front-end panel?
4. Is there a way for employee to confirm an appointment using an auto-generated link which will he gets to Gmail?

Hello Jonas Kazlauskas,
1. No, it isn't possible to choose an employee for the coupons, only Services and Events with the current Amelia's built-in features. You would need to create separate services for the employee you want the coupons to be applied to.
2.

You need to edit the Amelia Employee user role using the User Role Editor plugin in order to achieve what you need in Amelia - employees to see only their clients when they login to WordPress. So, when you install and activate the plugin, go to Users -> User role editor

Choose the Amalia Employee user role

and find and un-check the permission

and update that user role

3. Employees don't have an access to the Amelia Dashboard. They can manage and see only their schedule/appointments/etc.
4. No, there isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features.
