Bought the Appsumo deal. Receiver your e-mail with download link and code. Downloaded the Zip from your store. Installed plugin via WordPress and activate. All well no errors.
In Amelia Settings I cannot activate Amelia. I keep getting the upgrade advice which, according to your FAQ's, would indicate that the Lite version is installed...
I have repeated these steps three times, de-activate and delete Amelia -even via FTP- but to no avail. I enclose screenshot of activating screen.
Hi Aleksander, I did use your Zip from the store. However I solved the problem by de-activating all (±30) plugins. I was then able to activate the license. Obviously a conflict with a plugin. After activating the plugins again Amelia still works so problem solved. I had no time to figure out what plugin(s) caused it.
