I am trying to set up the Amelia booking system for a yoga centre, we run classes through out the week and I need some help with how to set these classes up on the system please and then how to display that calendar on the front end.
You didn't leave any specific details, so there's not much I can tell you other than to start with our Quick Start Guide and work from there.
You need an employee, a service, and that's about it. When you configure the services you're offering, and you configure your employee's working hours, your services can be displayed on front-end using one of our shortcodes:
Hi Aleksandar, What information would you need. Basically instead of appointments we run classes at the same time each week, which we want to allow upto 6 people to book onto. On the back end I have set them up as events and can see them as a nice calendar however on the front end they are just one long list which doesn't even show which teacher is holding the class. How would I set up so that you can view a nice calendar and search function on the front end.
Unfortunately events have only that one view at the moment.
I would suggest using services instead if you don't like how events look like on front-end.
You would need to create a service with Max capacity set to 6, and in Amelia settings/appointment settings disable the first slider, but enable the second one, so multiple people can book until 6 people are attending.
I'm general settings, enable "Use service duration for booking a time slot", and then the duration of the service will be taken into account when displaying the form on front-end.
Your employees define when services will take place, so if the service is offered only on (for example) Tuesday and Thursday, go into your employee's profile and configure his working hours so he only works on those days, from - to...
