We currently use the amelia plugin for customers to register for a free fitness trial lesson. So far it is going really well bu we stumbled across one problem.
We want to block a second registration on the same email. So everyone who registers only get's to try the free trial lesson once.
I'm sorry, but no. Unfortunately, you cannot limit your customers like that.
You can try a workaround, though. If your customers are interested in a free lesson, they would email you, and you would then create a 100% coupon which would have a usage limit set to 1 per customer. They could use that coupon on a non-free lesson, but when they enter the discount coupon they wouldn't be able to do it anymore.
It requires work, but at the moment it's the only solution.
