That shouldn't happen, as employee can see only their appointments and manage their schedule/services/etc. in the panel.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look . Also, provide me with the credentials of one of the employees so we can check it out.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I think I have it figured out. I was logging in with an employee's account in the same browser that I had logged in with the super admin for wordpress. When I tried logging in in a different browser or in an incognito browser, the employee could only see his own appointments.

I've got the employee panel turned on but when an employee signs in, he sees appointments from other employees.
How do I set this up so that each employee only sees his or her own appointments in the employee panel?
