I am getting a debugging error when trying to use the Amelia plugin, paid version. I can upload it and activate it, but when i try to access it in Wordpress, the error happens. The free version works just fine on my site, but the paid version is a no go. Any guidance?
Hello Steve,
Thank you for your purchase.
It can be that it is conflicting with another plugin that you have in your WP. Could you please check the server error log and send us the error that you got there?
You are welcome, Steve.
We are sorry to hear that you don't find Amelia suitable for your business.
In order to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you access the store on a smaller screen and don't see the button right away please scroll to right).
