If you mean on deactivating the license on one domain, you can do that on your page in our store here. After the purchase you have received credentials for it, if you cannot find them, just enter the email that you have used and choose Forgot Password option. After that login to the store and manage your domains.

Can you please try from a different browser? We've had some issues report this, but when we check with their credentials, it all looks good.

If it shows the same in another browser, would you be able to provide us our store access credentials, so our developers can check?

Please note that this is a public ticket, so if you're posting your credentials, make sure you enable the PRIVATE response.

You can also deactivate the purchase code from the website's dashboard, if you go to Amelia Settings/Activation.

If you can't see the button to remove the domain, try scrolling through the page horizontally.

If you're still unable to see it, please open a new ticket and let me know which domain needs to be deactivated, so I can deactivate it remotely.
