Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
In the config set up we can set how many days in advance the client can book, but how can we setup the system so the client makes the appointment only from two days forward.
Meaning he couldn't make the appointment today, but two days from now.. How we can set up this.
Hello Juan,
Thank you for your purchase.
That is set by configuring the time interval for the option Minimum time required before canceling/rescheduling: in Amelia -> settings ->general. Both of these options, the one you mentioned and this one, can be set on a global level in Amelia -> settings ->general, or for each service separately, when you open/edit the Service modal under the Settings tab in General.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
Thank you, this solution solves the problem !
You are welcome, Juan.
Great, glad to see that.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
