Hello,
I have just implemented the Amelia plugin into a website and at my client's request I would like to know if you can do the following
1. Delete the phone field at the time of booking or in turn,
2. If in the employee administration panel you can hide the phone number in the reservation section
I will be greatly helped by your prompt response.
Greetings
Hello Jimmy
1. You can disable the phone field from Amelia's general settings, but you can't delete it from the form during the booking process. If you don't set it to be mandatory, your customers will be able to skip it.
2. This can be done with some custom CSS. Please provide me the employee panel credentials, along with a screenshot of what you want to hide, and I'll gladly provide you with the CSS code.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Jimmy
I just need access credentials for the Employee Panel. So I need to log in with an employee who has an appointment scheduled, so I can find the correct CSS to hide this.

Hello Aleksandar,
I have a problem, the question is that when I create an employee with a fixed schedule in Amelia everything goes perfect until I generate a reservation, I attach captures of what happened in the document, as an example on Monday the employee has a schedule from 12:00 to 17:00 in Amelia and when trying to generate an appointment the schedule changes from 07:00 to 12:00, I do not know if there is any change due to time zones, or I have some wrong configuration in the plugin, you could explain more about it.
Greetings
Hello Jimmy
Please check if WordPress' time zone (in WordPress' general settings) are the same as the time zone you're physically in. If they are, and you're offering your services only in one time zone, you should disable "Show bookings in client's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you need to use the option to show settings in client's time zone, then you only need to make the modification in WordPress' general settings, adjusting the time zone to be the same zone you're physically in.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello Aleksandar
It was indeed the configuration of the wordpress time zone, thank you very much, now I have a new doubt, my customers want to have multiple employees from various parts of the world, each of the employees would handle a schedule according to their country of origin.
Is there a way to manage these schedules with Amelia?
Hello Jimmy
Unfortunately, in back-end, you will see the times in the time zone WordPress is set to, so an employee in Berlin would start their working hours at 08:00, while an employee in New York would start at 02:00 to work the same shift.
We don't yet have the option to change that per IP address in back-end.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
