    Dear team,

    We have a problem with the local hour information in confirmation emails.

    We use amelia on wordpress with woocommerce, the customer select a service and hour, he procede to the order and all it's ok. But in the email confirmation the local hour is already wrong.

    Exemple : my customer choose a service at 11.am in the recapitulation email the hour will be 10. am but in my google calendar all it's ok the appointment is at 11am.

    Can you help us?

    This is a pre-purchase category reserved for those who didn't purchase the plugin yet, to get support you need to open the ticket in Amelia category with your purchase code. Thanks for understanding.

    Regarding your questions, I would say that it might be that you have Show booking slots in client's time zone on, can you check on this?

    If not, please open the ticket in Amelia category with your purchase code, and to speed up the process please, send your temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so our support agent could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. They do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials in the ticket, just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
