You can change that in wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/source/class.wdttools.php on line 448. There are a couple of places where the strings are, so if you could, please, be a bit more specific about what you wan to change?
Please note that you will need to do this every time the plugin updates, since the changes will be overwritten.

I would like to modify the “no-results” text if the filtering doesn’t generate any results.
Could you give me the location of the necessary strings in the original code, so that I can make adjustments there?
