I have employees in different parts of the world even different from the location of my WP and I require that a client anywhere in the world can book appointments in their native time zone to any of the employees available in the world. This I am not being able to achieve at the moment, the calendar of any employee outside the hours of use of my WP is completely blocked (without availability)

The work hours of the employees are set in only one timezone in Amelia - the one you have set in your WordPress Settings General. That timezone setting applies to all employees created in Amelia, they can't have their work hours in their own time zone set with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately. They need to manually calculate the difference and set their work hours according to your WP timezone.
Clients can see this timezone (your WordPress timezone) calculated in their own timezone if you enable the option Show booking slots in client time zone u Amelia -> Settings -> General.
When will the multizone feature be available on this platform? I paid for the plugin and nowhere on its site did it clarify this aspect, so the answer seems very bad to me.
We don't have a plan to implement multiple timezone options for employees anytime soon, unfortunately.
