By deafult all new bookings will be pending (managment reasons) and we have only one payment method - stripe.
Question - is there a way for the payment be only charged when booking is approved? Thank you in advance!

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Your customers use their live cards for payments, and they are being run immediately. There's no option to hold payment until you approve the appointment.
