UPDATE! That button is WAY too hard to find. Unless you hover over the section with account details AND THEN SCROLL RIGHT, you cannot find it. I have requested a refund.
Hi my request was closed and I still need a refund. I followed the instructions to scroll to the right of the dashboard page and I do not see the red button to request a refund.

That depends on the width of your screen. I'm on a 1244px laptop, and I can see the button normally, so I suppose you've checked from a smaller screen.
Anyway, I'm sorry to hear you won't be using the plugin after purchase. You should see the refund processed within 5 - 7 business days.
