    Hi there,

    If an employee wants to share a document with a customer, how can that be achieved?

    We have done the bit for the customer sharing document with employee via the Customize field option in the booking form but could not find any option for the employee uploading any attachment etc from the employee dashboard. 

    Kindly advise.

    Hello Sanchayita,

    There isn't a possibility to do that in Amelia with its current built-in features, the only possible option for adding an attachment is using the Custom field where customers provide more information for the appointment in the booking process. There isn't a possibility of employees sending attachment/document to customers in Amelia.
